Delete your account

Use this page to request deletion of your Tassea account and associated data from Codebase OÜ. You can make this request without reinstalling or opening the Android app.

What to include in your request

• If you signed in with Google, send the request from the same email address you used with Tassea.
• If you used Tassea without signing in, tell us that in your email. Support will provide instructions for verifying the relevant account or session.

What we delete and when

After verification, we will delete your Tassea account or session data, readings, uploaded coffee-cup photos, and associated service data within 30 days.

Any remaining backup copies expire within 90 days. We may retain limited billing records where we are legally required to do so.

Google Play subscriptions

Deleting your Tassea account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. To manage or cancel a subscription separately, visit Google Play subscriptions.
